Could this be testicular cancer?

I'm 19 years old, I first saw a lump on my right testicle when I was in 7th grade. Now both my testicles have a lump and the other one is growing. I'm scared of dying and getting cancer but I know I have to face this. What should I do? My 2nd year as a college student is coming up but I don't know what to do. PLease I need an honest advice...
