Is it illegal....?

Is it illegal to publically encourage people to boycott a certain product. Does it go against the Free Speech amendment because it could potentially cause economic harm to the company? InBev is considering a takeover of Anheiser-Busch and if it goes through the city of St. Louis would be screwed. Is it illegal to try to encourage people to boycott InBev if this happens?
