My zune is broken somthing in the video driver.?

I have had it sence cristmas, and yesterday it messed up. It the pics as my background were funky (sorry) so i changed it back to default but it shows the pics faded behind the defult background. I was running a slide show backed out but it cept going faded behinde the defult. It will not play video or hook up to the computer, me zune media thing will not pick it up and it will not charg. what are my options?
