You have a great team, and I don't know how you managed to pick up those guys from FA. I would say you should improve 3's, and I'd try to trade Kaman away while his value is high, because I don't think he'll be able to continue his pace of 14 rebounds a game. You can also trade away Wade because he's averaging a league leading 4+ turnovers a game. Trade Wade for a good center, and trade Kaman for someone who can help with 3's. Good luck!
