What do you do in a Bat Mitzvah party?

My best friend's parents can't afford a real big Bat Mitzvah so for her birthday I'm surprising her with a mini one with like 5 people. I'm not Jewish so I don't really know what to have in the party. She just went to one and she said that she was a Friend of Honor, so I know there's that in the party but I can't ask her and I haven't found anything online. Please help!!!!!!
