Anyone know any rat breeders?

For anyone who has answered/read my question about persuading my grandma to let me get a rat, the answer is still no. BUT, I've decided that I'll go ahead and wait until I move out(which will be in 1-3 years) to buy rats. I am getting two, and I don't really mind which type of rat(fancy, sphynx(hairless), hooded etc). I would like a fancy or hooded, but, again, it doesn't matter. So, does anyone know any reputable rat breeders? And what are the prices? And I would like references from the breeder(not you. I plan on actually meeting up with the breeder, seeing the kind of environment the rats are kept in, the health of the rats, etc). When I get my own place, I'll be in north Texas, so anywhere north or mid-Texas is a great place, but I don't mind traveling to south Texas if I think the breeder is that good. Thanks for your help.
