I am on Oxycontin 20 mg and Hydrophone 4 mg for extreme back pain?

Before you answer please no b.s. about getting off drugs or them being bad of you or your perspective of people using them. I am in sever pain 24/7 and waiting on surgery. The additional part to this question is, I felt better while on vicoden and loritab, With the new ones (oxy and hydromorophone) i feel like crap and i have a headache all the time, the pain is still present but i feel restless and my body aches. I have been on them five days now.any suggestion would help.. but keep your name calling to yourself, some people actually take meds for a real reason not to just get high.
