Sharp pains, anyone else have this...?

I am 31 weeks and my belly just had a growth spurt haha. Anyways, I have sharp needle-like pains that sort of radiate from my belly on. It feels like the baby has her foot right there all the time (I told her that isn't where she comes out, but she just won't listen!) Can anyone else sympathize with me about my tender belly on? Misery loves company!
