What do u think of Koreans having ESL studies in the Phils.?

I think the try to have cheap teaching and cost of living. The Philippines believe its an et money wise..but it is counterproductive at the end...First The Koreans start noticing that the quality of the English and of the didactics of foreign language teaching is very low in this country..It was even published in newspapers in the Philippines!..Secondly..once the know enough the will leave the country and make the business themselves..They are already starting..and are successful.
