What should I buy for my 360, Mercenaries 2, or Bully: Scholarship Edition?

I really want a game like grand theft auto 4, but my parents will not let me buy that game, for obvious reasons. I was wondering which was better, Mercenaries 2, or Bully: Scholarship Edition. I am leaning towards Mercenaries 2 right now, but if anyone would like to correct me or agree with me, by all means, go ahead. Thank you.
